Delivery and returns

Delivery

It is our policy to ship your instock purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order, anything that is out of stock or that is a “special made order” we will strive to get it to follow on asap (this can take up to 4-6 weeks) but we will inform you of any delays or dates when we can.

Hygiene

For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of leotards, tights, and underwear

Returns

Danceland has a 14 day return policy.  Goods will not be accepted without prior authorisation from Danceland,  A return authorisation number and details can be obtained by contacting Danceland at info@dancelanddancewear.co.uk 

All returns must not have been worn or used and still have all labels and packaging intact with proof of purchase

IN THE EVENT THAT YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE GOODS YOU HAVE RECIEVED YOU CAN RETURN THEM TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE PROVIDING THEY ARE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND UNWORN(NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED OUTWITH THE 14 DAYS)

ONCE RETURNED YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE THIS WILL NOT INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COST AND IF AN EXCHANGE IS NEEDED THE CUSTOMER WILLHAVE AN ADDITIONAL £5.75 POSTAGE COST
